Manitoba has announced a new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) draw, creating opportunities for qualified professionals wishing to seek Canadian PR. The province continues to invite applicants through targeted draws that match its labor market requirements, making it an attractive destination for immigrants.
However, the latest draw targets applicants from various healthcare sectors, along with French speakers, local post secondary graduates, and strategic recruitment initiatives. This was the 18th selection round of the year, bringing the year’s total to 6,409 invitations till the date.
Notably, 272 applicants with valid Express Entry profiles got invitations through the draw. The present selection process demonstrates Manitoba’s continuous efforts to support skilled immigration and offer pathways towards Canada PR.

How Manitoba PNP Select Candidates Under the Skilled Worker Stream?
The latest Manitoba PNP draw has chosen 41 applicants under the Skilled Worker Stream through strategic recruitment initiatives.
Their Expressions of Interest were considered only if they had been directly invited by the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) under the Temporary Public Policy to Facilitate Work Permits for Prospective Provincial Nominee Program applicants.
Along with this, the selected applicants were invited through targeted recruitment efforts, including Ethnoculture Communities, Employer Services, the Francophone Community, and Regional Communities.
However, this selection demonstrates Manitoba’s continuous focus on applicants directly identified through targeted recruitment efforts who satisfy the eligibility criteria of a particular pathway.
